The Resource, Energy & Environmental Economics and Policy (REEEP) is an interdisciplinary Initiative focused on the study of economic and policy challenges related to energy production and utilization; the management of environmental resources; and the environmental impacts of energy systems.  The center is funded by the Earth and Environmenal Systems Institute (EESI) in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, the Environment and Natural Resources Institute (ENRI) in the College of Agricultural Sciences and the Penn State Institutes of Energy and the Environment (PSIEE),
